Click "Post a Project" in the navigation, fill in your project details including title, description, budget range, and duration. Your project will be visible to verified experts who can submit proposals.

How does escrow payment work?
When you accept a bid, the agreed amount is held in our secure escrow system. The expert receives payment only after you approve the completed work. This protects both parties.
When do I get paid?
Payments are released within 24 hours of your approval. Funds are credited to your BizEng wallet, from which you can withdraw to your bank account.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers through our secure payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted for your security.
Projects
Can I request revisions?
Yes! If the delivered work does not meet your expectations, you can request revisions through our work submission system. The expert will resubmit until you are satisfied.
How do I track project progress?
You can track progress through the project dashboard. Milestones show completion status, and you will receive notifications when work is submitted for review.
Can I cancel a project?
You can cancel a project before accepting a bid. Once work has started, please contact support to discuss your options. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
For Experts
How are experts verified?
We verify experts through ID confirmation, educational credentials, professional registrations, and previous work experience. Only verified experts appear in search results.
How do I become an expert?
Sign up as an expert, complete your profile with qualifications and portfolio, submit for verification. Once approved, you can bid on projects.
How long does expert verification take?
Expert verification typically takes 24-48 hours after all required documents are submitted. We review credentials, ID, and professional registrations.

What happens if there is a dispute?
Our support team acts as mediators. We review all communications and work submissions to ensure fair resolution. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours.
Is there a fee to join?
No, it is free to join as either a client or expert. Clients pay only the agreed project budget. Experts pay a small platform fee (10%) on completed payments.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You will receive a link to reset your password.
