Click "Post a Project", fill in your project details including title, description, budget, and timeline. Choose between Open for Bids (experts submit proposals) or Admin Assignment (our team finds the right expert for you).

Funds are held in escrow. Work is organized into milestones with defined deliverables. You review and approve each milestone, then payment is released to the expert. If no response within 14 days, the milestone is deemed approved.

You can request revisions within the agreed scope. If issues persist, our support team will mediate to find a fair resolution. Payment remains in escrow until the matter is resolved.

All experts undergo a multi-step verification process including ID verification, qualification checks, professional registration confirmation, and work experience validation. Only verified experts can bid on projects.

BizEng has a built-in messaging system for all project communication. You can send messages, share files, and discuss project details directly through the platform. All communication is recorded for reference.

If an expert misses a milestone deadline, you can request an updated timeline or escalate to our support team for mediation. We encourage clear communication to resolve scheduling issues amicably.

Yes, you can cancel a project before any milestones are approved. If work is in progress, we recommend discussing with the expert first. Our support team can assist with fair closure including compensation for completed work.
