Can I request revisions?
Yes! If the delivered work does not meet your expectations, you can request revisions through our work submission system. The expert will resubmit until you are satisfied.
How do I track project progress?
You can track progress through the project dashboard. Milestones show completion status, and you will receive notifications when work is submitted for review.
Can I cancel a project?
You can cancel a project before accepting a bid. Once work has started, please contact support to discuss your options. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
